Q1. How do purchase and complete my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.( a pop-up message will show you have successfully added the product to your cart),The quantity to be ordered is by default 1 unit, if you wish to order more than 1 unit just go to the Qty column next to "Add to Cart" and amend the 1 to your intended quantity unit.
- From the Pop-up message, you may select continue shopping or CHECHOUT for shipment and payment process.
- Customer Info Screen, If you already have an account with our online store kindly select log in and fill up the email address and password. Else you may select to register an account (optional) ,then kindly fill up the basic particulars and then click "Continue to shipping method'.
- Shipping metod screen, this scren will show the info about free delivery, to proceed to payment method kindly click "Continue"
- Payment method screen, There is in total 4 options of payment method :-
- (A) MOLpay for online transfer or Credit Card, this option allow you to do the online banking transfer through our gateway facilities and also credit card payment.
- (B) Bank transfer, this option allows you to the bank in transaction such as ( online transfer , ATM machine cash in or transfer).
- (C) Cash on Delivery, this option at the moment only available for the major area in Klang Valley.
- (D) PAYPAL for credit card, Paypal is an international payment gateway where you can make payment through your credit card or Paypal Accounts Balance. Due to the services charge we bear is higher, we strongly recommend our repeated / new customer to use MOLpay as the payment method.
After selected the payment method, kinly click Place your order (the order will be updated in our system), then you will be diverted to the respective payment gateway. ie MOLpay or Paypal. For payment method of Bank transfer or Cash on Delivery, the order process ended here. For selection of Bank Transfer, kindly proceed the bank in anytime convinient to you, And for Cash On Delivery, we will process the delivery within 2 Working Days.

Q2. What is the Delivery Charges Basis and Time?
We apply flat rate and shipping address as our delivery policy, once your amount ordered is above the required amount for the shipping address, your order will be entitled for FREE DELIVERY.
(1) For Peninsular Malaysia, FREE DELIVERY if amount ordered above RM115.00 (If lower, we charge RM6.00 for delivery fees),and normally 2 to 4 working days to reach.
(2) For Sabah and Sarawak, FREE DELIVERY if amount ordered above RM120.00 (If lower,we charge RM9.00 for delivery fees),and normally 2 to 4 working days to reach.
(3) For Singapore and Brunei, FREE DELIVERY if amount ordered above RM150.00 (If lower, we charge RM12.00 for delivery fees)and normally 4 to 10 working days to reach.
(4) For Any other places outside the above mentioned area, kindly email to us for further clarification.
*For payment done on Saturday after 3pm, the postage will be done on the forhcoming monday.
*For delivery by Post, a delivery tracking number will be sent to your email address once we have done the delivery
Q3 What are the payment methods available?

1. Credit Card payment Transaction / online Transfer
Through MOLPay (online local bank transaction OR credit card payment [master or visa])
(1.1)After selected MOLPay as payment method and confirmation of order during checkout process ,You will be diverted into the payment screen of MOLPay. The screen by default is making credit card payment, kindly check the particulars of the order is correctly stated and if no problem kindly fill up the credit card related particulars, Select Malaysia for card been issued in Malaysia, fill up the bank's name, tick agree with the terms and then click Pay Online.
(1.2)Through MOLPay and If you wants the payment done through local online banking, in the first MOLPay payment screen kindly click the arrow key beside the Visa/mastercard tab to choose the required bank for the online transfer.
Via Paypal (Visa or Mastercard / American Express / Paypal Funds) 2 option to choose:
(A) Sign up an account with www.Paypal.com first, In order to send money to the seller using your credit card payment, you need to create a buyer paypal account by using your email address as the identification.
(B) Without Sign up to Paypal, Kindly inform us for a paypal invoice to send to your email address, once you receiced the paypal invoice just click the PAY NOW button and fill up the basic particulars will do.

Q4. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
- Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q5. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click “Forgotten Password” and fill in your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click "Continue".
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q6. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
